Located in the Church Office building, the Library for Peace offers an impressive collection of books and audio-visual materials. It is the Library's mission not only to represent the wide-ranging beliefs and interests of St. Francis in the Foothills, but to offer a place and opportunity for self-improvement and enlightenment through reading and reflection to everyone.
The library is maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers. Members and constituents of St. Francis may check out books and audio-visual materials after signing up as a patron. The check out period is three weeks with unlimited renewals (unless a hold has been placed on the item). All items are available for checkout except for those with a "Library Use Only" sticker on them. When you are ready to check out, a library volunteer or office staff member will be happy to assist you.
When returning materials, you can either leave them at the front desk in the church office during business hours or drop them in the Library for Peace bin located at the east end of the library courtyard. Any questions may be directed to 299-9063, Ext. 101.
Open Sundays from 9:00 to 12:15 pm.
